Adoptable Alexandria Pet: Buddie Has Tricks To Show Off

ALEXANDRIA, VA — Fall is better when you have a furry friend to enjoy the crisp weather and romp around in the leaves with. The Animal Welfare League of Alexandria has numerous adoptable pets available for in-person or virtual adoptions.

One of the pets is Buddie, a lovable Labrador Retriever mix. She may be shy at first, but she'll love to snuggle once she gets comfortable.

Buddie can be a little shy around new people, but she isn't afraid to tell you when she'd like a little more time and a few more treats before she's ready for a snuggle. From a distance though, she's happy to show off her smarts! Buddie knows "sit" and "shake" and is well on her way to learning even more thanks to her friends at the Animal Welfare League of Alexandria.
