As we head into October, a lot is happening in the Northern Virginia and DC region. From a Nationals home playoff game to fall festivals, there's quite the variety of events.

We've rounded up numerous events going on from Friday, Oct. 4, to Sunday, Oct. 6. Some are free, while others have fees.
