Del Ray Spring Bar Crawl: Details On Restaurants, Tickets

It's safe to say March 21 wasn't a good day to kick off spring, but maybe the date of the Del Ray Spring Bar Crawl will be better. The second annual event will happen Saturday, April 7 from 1 p.m.-6 p.m.

Anyone who attends will be treated to an afternoon of drinks and socializing along Mount Vernon Avenue. Each ticket comes with beer and cocktail specials at each bar, 16 oz cups for the first 200 people and one raffle ticket. The raffle prize is a basket of local business gift certificates and items.

Check in will be 1 p.m.-3 p.m. at either Lenas' (401 E. Braddock Road) or Northside (10 E. Glebe Rd) or after 3 p.m. at Pork Barrel BBQ (2312 Mt Vernon Avenue).

Tickets are $10 in advance and $15 at the door. Sales benefit the Del Ray Gateway Project's spray park and Nancy Dunning memorial gardens and Rebuilding Together Alexandria. Advance sales end at 10 p.m. the day before the event. Buy your tickets here.
