Easter Travel: Where To Get The Cheapest Gas Around Del Ray

Whether you're heading out to see family on Easter or staying in town for some egg hunts, you may need to fill up your tank at some point. Depending on where you're going, getting gas in Del Ray could be the better option.

On Thursday, the average price in the Del Ray area averaged about $2.68 per gallon compared to $2.63 last week, according to AAA Mid-Atlantic. At this time last year, prices averaged $2.29.

Much of Northern Virginia is within a $2.64 to $2.78 price range with the exceptions of Falls Church, Arlington, Fairfax City, Prince William County and Manassas, according to Gus Buddy's price map. You'll pay less if you're traveling elsewhere in Virginia, which has a statewide average of $2.47, according to AAA Mid-Atlantic. Meanwhile the prices are higher in Maryland ($2.67) and DC ($2.83).
