Leaf Collection in Alexandria is Underway
Residents have three ways to recycle their leaves.

As leaves start changing colors and falling, it’s time to start thinking about leaf collection. Alexandra's leaf collection program starts Monday, Oct. 28 and runs through Friday, Dec. 27. Â
The city reminds residents here are three ways to recycle your leaves each season: rake leaves to the curb for vacuum collection, place leaves in paper leaf bags for curbside collection, or compost leaves and yard waste on-site.
