ALEXANDRIA, VA — Alexandria City Public Schools students are invited to submit logo suggestions for the soon-to-be Alexandria City High School.

On April 8, the Alexandria School Board voted to rename T.C. Williams High School as Alexandria City High School and Matthew Maury Elementary School as Naomi L. Brooks Elementary School. The new names will take effect on July 1.

With the renaming comes a competition to design a new logo for the high school. The logo could be used on ACPS websites, social media sites, business cards, letterheads, banners, souvenir trinkets and gifts, school apparel or uniforms, facility signage, and more.
