Police Reports: Breaking-and-Entering Incidents in the Del Ray Area
The Alexandria Police Department reported the following crimes in the Del Ray-Rosemont-Arlandria area of Alexandria.

Note: The addresses listed below indicate blocks and not specific addresses of incidents. Where an arrest is mentioned, it does not necessarily indicate a conviction.
Sept. 12
10:16 p.m. — An arrest was made for drunkenness in the 500 block of E. Braddock Road.

10:12 a.m. — An assault was reported in the 3700 block of Cameron Mills Road.

7:22 p.m. — A victim was assaulted by a known subject in the 3800 block of Russell Road.
11:57 a.m. — A breaking-and-entering incident was reported in the 300 block of E. Duncan Avenue.
12:21 a.m. — A robbery was reported in the 3800 block of Mount Vernon Avenue.
Sept. 10
9:38 p.m. — A bicycle was reported from the storage area of an apartment complex in the 1700 block of Dewitt Avenue.
4:30 p.m. — An assault between two or more people who were not known to each other was reported in the 500 block of Four Mile Road.
4:12 p.m. — A victim’s residence in the 300 block of E. Mason Avenue by breaking a basement window and a laptop and jewelry were reported stolen.
4:10 p.m. — A breaking-and-entering incident was reported in the 2700 block of Sycamore Street.
12:35 p.m. — A theft was reported in the 2500 block of Commonwealth Avenue.
Sept. 8
10:38 p.m. — A victim was assaulted while walking to work in the 300 block of Evans Lane.
Sept. 7
12:30 p.m. — A victim's vehicle was entered by unknown means while parked in the complex garage in the 100 block of Luna Park Drive. A handgun, money and a spare key to the vehicle were reported stolen.
Sept. 6
7:32 p.m. — A home in the 900 block of Manor Road was entered through an open window and a TV and pearl necklace were stolen.
3:49 p.m. — An evicted resident reportedly stole or damaged numerous pieces of in a victim's household in the 500 block of E. Howell Avenue before moving out.
10:31 a.m. —An unsecured moped was reported stolen from in front of an apartment building in the 3800 block of Executive Avenue.
