See Sean Spicer's Alexandria Townhouse Up For Rent

Sean Spicer and his wife make quite a bit of money by renting their properties in Alexandria.

ALEXANDRIA, VA—First Michael Flynn's townhouse went up for sale in Old Town. Then Mercedes Schlapp, White House communications advisor, put her Mount Vernon home on the market. Now Sean Spicer is the latest person with ties to the White House offering up Alexandria real estate.

Spicer's townhouse is up for rent in northeast Alexandria, according to a listing on realtor.com. The two-bedroom comes in at $2,550 per month with an updated kitchen, hardwood floors on the main level, a fenced backyard and convenience to the Braddock Road Metro.

The former press secretary may no longer work at the White House, but he's following his former boss in pursuing real estate. Spicer and his wife also have a $756K four-bedroom home in Alexandria's Beverly Hills neighborhood, $170K home in northeast Alexandria, a $132K one-bedroom condo and $214K Arlington condo. According to Bisnow, the couple may rake in up to $165K in rental income each year.

Spicer will also get a boost when he releases "The Briefing," a revealing book about the Trump administration's first year. It will be released July 23, according to The Washington Post.

Known for his clases with members of the media as press secretary, Spicer resigned in July in light of Anthony Scaramucci being hired as White House communications director.
