In the return of Shelter Spotlight, Carrie Drummond of the Animal Welfare League of Alexandria introduces us to J.J., a 9-year-old tabby cat.
J.J.'s owner passed away and the cat didn't along too well with his new owner's dog. This brought J.J. to the animal shelter's administrative office, where he has taken a perch overlooking a window.
