Summer Art Camps Underway at The Art League in Alexandria
Weekly camps are available for ages 5-15 through August 19.
ALEXANDRIA, VA -- Summer Art Camp at The Art League is underway. The Art League's popular series of day camps offer a variety of fine art media for kids ages 5+ to enjoy: From drawing, sculpture and cartooning to painting and clay animation.
In the Basic Art Camp, each day brings a new project that may include drawing, painting, printmaking or sculpture. Art camps run from Monday to Friday and have a varied curriculum from week to week. The League's specialty camps, like Drawing Camp or Painting Camp, focus on immersion in one particular medium. View courses and register here. You can register in-person at 105 N. Union St., in the Torpedo Factory Art Center. Classes are held at the Art League's Madison Annex, 305 Madison St.
