The Providence Assisted Living Facility Coming To MetroWest

Watermark Retirement Communities will be opening The Providence, an assisted living facility near the Vienna/Fairfax-GMU Metro Station.

FAIRFAX, VA — The Providence, a new assisted living facility, is slated to open March 1 in the MetroWest neighborhood near the Vienna/Fairfax-GMU Metro station, according to a press release.

Not only will The Providence offer multiple restaurants, day spas, and continuing education, it includes The Bridge, a neighborhood dedicated to serving those with mild cognitive impairment.

“The Providence is perfect for anyone searching for the support and connection of a community accompanied by first-class amenities and unparalleled wellness and learning opportunities.” said Executive Director Annamarie Mariani-Huehn, in a release

The Providence offers private studio, one- and two-bedroom residences in a new mid-rise building. These units are available on a monthly rental basis with no long-term commitment. Some of the residences include private balconies, and all apartments feature modern kitchenettes, high-end appliances, upscale finishes, and tall ceilings.

Watermark Retirement Communities will bring highly trained associates to provide custom care and personal assistance to residents of The Providence. Through Watermark University, residents will have the opportunity to continue learning, and EngageVR will provide virtual reality exercises to keep brains active.
