Affordable Dwelling Units Available at West Broad Residences
One unit is available now. The other unit will be available starting April 7.
From the City of Falls Church: The Department of Housing and Human Services is pleased to announce that two Affordable Dwelling Units (ADU) will be available at West Broad Residences (301 W. Broad) for $1,520 per month, plus utilities and fees. Both are one bedroom, one bathroom apartments; one is available now, the other is available starting April 7.
Follow this link for a PDF of the floorplans and a listing of fees like security deposit, trash, and parking. To qualify, applicants must fulfill all of the following:
- All applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent legal residents.
- Total household liquid assets cannot exceed $40,000.
- Total household income must be between 71 percent and 90 percent of Area Median Income (AMI):
