Free food, drinks and other giveaways draw cyclists to Falls Church Bike to Work pit stop.

Hundreds of cyclists sped along the W & OD Trail through Falls Church Friday morning taking part in Bike to Work Day.

Many stopped at the city’s official pit stop to take part in free food, beverages, giveaways and raffles available to riders along with entertainment courtesy of sponsors Bikenetic, Little River Yoga, Mike’s Deli at Lazy Sundae, Nourish Market and Robeks.

Falls Church City Police Officer James Brooks said they had a good turnout of cyclists and students from George Mason High School at the pit stop.
