Bus Rapid Transit Locations Revealed For Route 7: Report

FALLS CHURCH, VA — A new report details stop locations on the proposed Bus Rapid Transit system from Tysons to Alexandria. Plans call for the bus system around 2030.

WTOP obtained details of the conceptual engineering report, which maps out 18 stations on the system. In Tysons, stops are proposed at the Spring Hill and Greensboro Metro stations and Fashion Boulevard near Tysons Corner Center. The City of Falls Church could have stops at West Street, Pennsylvania Avenue and Maple Avenue, and the route could divert from Route 7 to stop at the East Falls Church Metro station. West End Alexandria areas would run on North Beauregard Street to the Mark Center.
