Falls Church Man Robbed by Trio at Knife Point

Fairfax County Police say the men got away with an undisclosed amount of money.

Police are looking for three men, one of whom pulled out a knife, who robbed 43-year-old Falls Church man on April 30 and ran off.

Police combed the area looking for the three men from the air and land with a helicopter and police dogs.

Around 9:30 p.m., a man was walking along Williams Lane in Falls Church near Columbia Pike when the trio allegedly walked up on him and demanded his money, according to a Fairfax County Police release.

One of the men, police said, pulled out a knife. Once the men got an undisclosed amount of money from the victim, the men ran off.

Police say the three suspects are Hispanic, and the knife wielding man is described to be between 25- to 30-years-old and stands about 5 feet 9 inches tall with a clean shaven head with a small goatee. The alleged second suspect is said to be the same height and between the same age with a bandana on his head.

There was no clear description of the third suspect.
