Meredith Sue Thybony Murphree, 62

Meredith Sue Thybony Murphree, age 62 of Falls Church, VA died at her residence on Thursday, December 11, 2014.

She was preceded in death by her parents Col William Thybony and Beth Hindley Thybony, her daughter Marion Elizabeth Murphree and her brother John Thybony.

Survivors include her children Thomas Joel Murphree, Japeth Sterling Murphree and Amy Lynn Murphree; her brother Scott Thybony and her grandchildren Kylie Murphree, Karah Murphree, Jaxon Murphree, Anthony Batts and Mya Allison.

Funeral services will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 3900 Howard St. Annandale, VA on Thursday, December 18, 2014 at 7:00 PM with the family receiving friends from 5:00-7:00 PM prior to the service. Interment National Memorial Park on Friday, December 19, 2014 at 2:00 PM. Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
