If you've had sticker shock when you heard how much the house down the street sold for, you're not alone.

Falls Church again topped the real estate heap with the priciest housing market, according to the Washington Business Journal.

The report looks at median sell prices in the DC metro housing market, as provided by RealEstate Business Intelligence.

Prices were up, but the total number of closed deals in Falls Church last month were down compared to 2012. Take a look at the full RBI report.
