Road Closure Planned Near Founders Row Site In Falls Church
Drivers should plan to avoid the block of West Street near the Founders Row development.

FALLS CHURCH, VA — A road closure will impact a block near the future Founders Row development in Falls Church on Monday.
The 100 block of North West Street will be closed from 10 a.m. to around 2 p.m. for construction trailer movement at the Founders Row site. The traffic impacts include:
- Vehicles will not be able to turn onto North West Street from West Broad Street
- Vehicles will not be able to go straight from South West Street; they will have to turn onto West Broad Street
- Vehicles will not be able to turn left onto North West Street from Park Avenue; they will have to turn right.
- Vehicles will not be able to turn right onto N. West St. from Grove Ave.; they will have to turn left.
- Southbound Traffic on North West must turn by Grove Avenue

Construction has continued during the pandemic on Founders Row, a mixed-use development at West Broad and North West Street. The development, which broke ground in 2019, will include 322 apartment units, 72 senior living units and retail.
