Sheesh Grill Celebrates the Holidays with Traditional Afghan Dish
In the holiday spirit, diners will receive complimentary chips + dip with purchase
WHAT: The Northern Virginian fast-casual eatery, Sheesh Grill is celebrating the holiday season with a traditional Afghan national dish. Starting December 18, diners can order Kabuli Palau ($14), a festive dish always on the menu during family gatherings or special occasions. With carefully curated flavors and quality, sustainable ingredients, Sheesh Grill brings people together with their community-driven food philosophy.
Aromatic basmati rice with lamb shank, jeweled with carrots, raisins and pistachios, or almonds. The dish is best paired with the eatery’s Mast O Khiar ($5) creamy yogurt dip with cucumber and fresh herbs.
The restaurant is also a proud advocate of women Saffron workers in Afghanistan. By importing their Saffron from Afghanistan, Sheesh Grill empowers women Saffron farmers by providing them jobs and an income for their families. Through their Saffron Program, they pledge to donate to saffron farmers to help them grow their production.

This holiday season diners will receive complimentary Pita Chips & Dip to share with their loved ones. Offer valid with the purchase of ”build your own meal” or Kabuli Palau. Catering for the upcoming holidays is also available at each location.
