West Broad Now Open for Leasing in Falls Church

FALLS CHURCH, VA --Bozzuto Thursday announced that West Broad, a $100 million revitalization project at 301 West Broad St. in Falls Church, is now open for leasing, tours, and resident move ins. The high-rise, mixed-use development boasts 285 modern apartments as well as a lavish list of amenities, services, and features.

West Broad offers a variety of one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den, and two-bedroom open floor plans, as well as balconies and terraces in select residences, according to the company.
