My Personal Correspondence (9-13-2019) written in Vienna, Virginia, the United States of America:

I would like to report what have been described to me by international police who analyze police “data”, such as aerial surveillance reports in airports and cities – the occurrence of what are defined as “wilding crimes”, with the international crime reference and meaning. I was told that I have been the victim of American crimes such a s this, although the criminal participants in what are also called “mobbing crimes” were not identified as having been Americans. The suspected crime groups or “gangs” build up during the day, involve a lot of people who also follow and drive vehicles or cars in “posse” formations continuously in patterns that are very threatening and intimidating of my personal freedom as a pedestrian, or a person who walks and does not own a car, but relies on public transportation.

I want to alert the American Police and the United States Government that I am the survivor of brutal attempts at my life, including publicly-committed slavery attempts and torture in tents in assorted buildings and national parks in Washington, D.C., few years ago, such as McPherson Square. The violence never has stopped, and I am still the victim of hate crimes, as I have been told by many people and am famous in the world for surviving crimes of hatred and theft here in the United States.

I feel I have been almost totally disenfranchised by this through the years of my life, as I am now a “senior citizen”, in my late sixties of age. I remain hopeful, however, that positive change will come and I will have some of my own income and wealth returned to me! I am not in any sort of “trouble” and I was told by two high-level women that I have achieved a high character background check with absolutely no :flaws found'

Is there any sort of charity, victim's assistance or compensation fund(s) for survivors of truly unfair race and gender hate crimes? I don't have an apartment, and my income is only about $860 a month, total. Can you help me in this important area of findink, at least, a hotel or motel room in which to live for a few months or one year?

My “photo id's” and United States Passport have been stolen for several years. This is such a problem in my life – the thefts of my identity. Can you please respond to me at the following email address, although I never receive personal mail, just responses to alerts of one type or another that I signed up for such as weather or crime alerts in the local areas such as the “Patch” updates in northern Virginia, which do arrive.

I am an unpublished poet and writer who is being considered for the world or international Nobel Prize in Literature and I work every day on my personal writings. It is nearly impossible to write any more than I have that is of high merit while living without a personal residence, next to no money or apartment, hotel or motel room or house, and facing hate crimes of persecution as I have been advised I face in the United States.
