Washingtonian says Wooboi's hot-chicken sandwich are the best in the D.C. area, tied with Hot Lola's in Arlington for the No. 1 spot in their list of the top five in our region.
Wooboi, located at 139 Spring Street, recently opened and quickly received rave reviews.
