Know Any Good Neighbors? Herndon Wants To Hear About Them

HERNDON, VA --Know somebody on your street who's always there with a helping hand? What about that neighbor who volunteered to watch your house while you were away or that person who's always got a smile or joke when you see them at the super market? The Town of Herndon wants to hear about them.

Nominations are being accepted for Herndon's 2020 Good Neighbor Award, which recognizes noteworthy contributions to the community. Good Neighbor Award recipients will receive a commemorative gift and be honored for their good acts by the mayor and Town Council at an upcoming public meeting. Nominees can be family members, business owners or anyone who helps keep Herndon a neighborly place to live.
