New Businesses Sign Leases in Downtown Herndon
Three new companies will be moving downtown.

Three companies have signed leases in downtown Herndon, real estate development company Stout and Teague announced Thursday.
Stout and Teague (S&T) took over the office building above Main Street Bank in early June.
S&T confirmed Thursday that three companies have signed leases to join current tenant Probity LLC in the neighboring Herndon Station building at 754 Elden St. and open offices - Construction Consultants Inc., Acuity Systems LLC and Artemis Global Logistics and Solutions.
The three new tenants will bring the building to 85 percent capacity, S&T said. The firm thanked Nate Krill of Avison Young and Susan Malone of Kent Commercial for their help in attracting the new tenants.
"We are pleased to have attracted such a dynamic group of businesses, establishing our building as an innovation hub in historic downtown Herndon,” said Michael Gordon, S&T's vice president of leasing.
The Herndon Station building recently underwent a major renovation, including the installation of 10 new windows in a previously blank facade.
