DC, NoVA Weekend: Beer, Wine And Dog Festival​​, County Fairs

Can you believe we're halfway through August? That's one reason to go out and enjoy summer events around Northern Virginia and DC this weekend. There's quite the variety of events, from food festivals to county fairs.

We've rounded up numerous events going on from Friday, Aug. 16 to Sunday, Aug. 18. Some are free, while others have fees.

The larger events include: Around The World Cultural Food Festival, Old Town Beer, Wine And Dog Festival, Arlington County Fair, Prince William County Fair, One Loudoun Carnival, Alexandria Summer Restaurant Week and Pokémon World Championships in DC.
