Driver Flees After Crash On Fairfax County Parkway: Report
Two were injured in a morning collision with a hit-and-run driver, say Fairfax County police.

FAIRFAX, VA — The Fairfax County police are looking for a hit-and-run driver involved in a crash early Monday on the Fairfax County Parkway, according to a media report. The collision occurred at about 7 a.m. on the parkway near Lee Chapel Road, radio station WTOP reported.
A vehicle described as a green car drifted across the median and hit another car, and then left the scene. The police said the green car has front-end damage.
Two people in the car that was struck were taken to a local hospital for treatment of minor injuries, WTOP reported.

The police closed a southbound lane of the parkway for about an hour, slowing down the morning rush hour, WTOP reported.
