He was pronounced dead at the scene. Hampton University identified him as Bose, a junior journalism major from Alexandria."We extend our deepest sympathy to Joseph's family and friends for their profound loss," a statement from the university read Saturday afternoon.The incident was one of two fatal shootings in Norfolk within hours of each other."My thoughts and prayers are with the family members who now suffer the loss of their loved ones," Norfolk Police Chief Michael Goldsmith said in a statement.
