Hilltop Golf to be Designated 'US Kids Family Course'
Hilltop will be installing two levels of additional tees marked by US Kids Tee plates to each hole in front of their existing tees this spring.
Hilltop Golf Club will soon be a designated U.S. Kids Family Course. In a partnership with PGA, U.S. Kids Golf Family Course Program allows kids and beginning golfers the ability to play the game from the right yardage, according to Waggle.com.
This spring, Hilltop will install two levels of additional tees marked by U.S. Kids Tee plates to each hole in front of their existing tees. The goal of the program is to make the course at Hilltop more family-friendly. Implementing the program will allow everyone the chance to make more pars and birdies, keep up the pace of play and have a more enjoyable experience.
By becoming a U.S. Kids Golf Family Course, Hilltop will join other Virginia area courses that meet the program's criteria, including South Riding, Twin Lakes, Falls Road, Swan Point, East Potomac and Langston.
