Homesense Opens In Franconia Area Shopping Center
The newly-opened home goods store is part of the former Shoppers grocery store space.
FRANCONIA, VA — Homesense, a home goods store, opened on Thursday, Feb. 11 in the Franconia area.
The store is located at Festival at Manchester Lakes, 7005 Manchester Boulevard, Franconia, VA. HomeSense offers a variety of products including furniture, home decor, lighting, rugs, home décor, wall art, office furniture, organizing items, outdoor items, and seasonal products. The brand is part of the company that owns T.J.Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods and Sierra.
Hours are 9:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday. Delivery service is offered at this location.

Homesense is one of the anchoring spaces at Festival at Manchester Lakes replacing the former Shoppers. The shopping center is reported to be the future home of an Amazon Go Grocery store, as previously reported by Washington Business Journal. The 31,760-square-foot grocery space is listed as leased by shopping center owner Regency.
