Kingstowne: Not Many Power Outages

Most of Kingstowne appears to have suffered little damage from Friday night's storm.

With , Kingstowne appears to have been spared from Friday's "" storm damage compared to other surrounding areas. 

Many Northern Virginians may have been forced to seek cool air at their local cooling shelter due the loss of power. Yet on Sunday afternoon, Andrew Kim, manager of , said that the facility has been designated as a cooling shelter, but nobody seemed to be there for that purpose. 

Kim also said that the indoor pool and were pretty crowded.

Many other businesses also seem to be operating normally including and . However, if you need ice, you might need to venture out of the area. by Sunday afternoon.
