Labor Day Weekend: Harvey Remnants Could Send Storms To Kingstowne
The remnants of Hurricane Harvey could dampen the start of Labor Day weekend in Kingstowne.

KINGSTOWNE, VA — Tropical Storm Harvey has devastated the Houston area over the last week, and it looks like the remnants of the storm could dampen the start of Labor Day weekend in Kingstowne.
It originally looked like the remnants of Harvey wouldn't make it out here until Sunday at the earliest, but the system appears to have sped up since then. Harvey remnants should make it out to the DC area as early as Friday afternoon, according to the Capital Weather Gang.
Will be dry in DMV for a few hours, but remnants of #Harvey arrive later this afternoon. ☔️ pic.twitter.com/mjBNRgd6mW
