Lee District Town Hall Planned On Coronavirus Vaccine, Pandemic
Lee District Supervisor Rodney Lusk will host a town hall to discuss the vaccine rollout and address questions.

KINGSTOWNE, VA — Lee District Supervisor Rodney Lusk will be holding a COVID-19 vaccination virtual town hall on Thursday, Feb. 4.
The town hall will feature Dr. Gloria Addo-Ayensu, director of the Fairfax County Health Department. Officials will share information on the county's response to the pandemic, vaccine rollout, and other questions the Lee District supervisor's office has been receiving.
The Fairfax County Health Department, which covers Fairfax County and the cities of Falls Church and Fairfax, is opening vaccinations to individuals eligible for phases 1a, as well as people 65 and older, 16 to 64 with an underlying health condition, and certain essential worker groups in phase 1b. However, a limited supply of doses means there is a wait list of people who are preregistered to receive the first dose of the vaccine. Once doses become available, the health department will contact individuals to schedule an appointment.
