Landmark-area residents gathered for a public rally Saturday morning to protest the construction of an Interstate 395 HOT lanes off-ramp at Turkeycock Run.

The ramp is being built in the Edsall Road area of Fairfax County, just south of Alexandria. About 90 people attended the rally to speak out against the ramp, which they believe will bring heavy traffic and pollution to the community.
