FAIRFAX Co. ─The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) advises that the I-95/395 high occupancy vehicle (HOV) lanes are expected to open to traffic southbound by about 2:30 p.m. today. Crews are manually setting the HOV gates this afternoon due to freezing temperatures impacting gate motors.
