St. James To Offer In-Person Summer Camps In Springfield
The sports and entertainment complex will host summer camps with pods of 12 campers per counselor.

SPRINGFIELD, VA — The St. James sports and entertainment complex in Springfield will host in-person camp offerings this summer.
The full and half-day camps will be held between June 7 and Aug. 27 and are geared toward children ages 6 to 15. There are 14 camp experiences, covering specific sport camps like golf, lacrosse and dance to ultimate sports camps allowing children to learn a variety of sports and games.
Campers will be in pods of 12 with the same counselor each week to limit COVID-19 exposure. Masks are required for campers and counselors, except when campers are involved in vigorous activities. Each venue at the St. James is operating with capacity limits, and kids are required to maintain six feet of distancing when walking in the complex and during stretching, group exercises and lunch. Camp staff will be tested for COVID-19 before camp starts.

A 15-percent early bird registration discount is available until April 15. St. James members can call the sales staff for their membership discount.
