Monday, October 2, 2017, Lee District Land Use Advisory Committee voted 14 Yes/6 No for support of the White Horse Four, LLC Car Wash proposed location at: Festival Manchester Lakes Shopping Center (rear end of parking lot across from Cavalry Road Baptist Church and next to La Petite Academy Child Care Center - SOUTH SIDE OF CHARLES ARRINGTON DRIVE, EAST OF ITS INTERSECTION WITH BEULAH STREET) despite overwhelming community opposition.
We appreciated the tremendous participation and support at the Land Use Advisory Committee meeting. The application will now advance to a public hearing with Fairfax County Planning Commission.
