Tree Worker Found Dead In Springfield: Police
The Fairfax County police are investigating the death of a tree worker Thursday in a Springfield neighborhood.
SPRINGFIELD, VA — Detectives with the Fairfax County police are investigating the death of a tree worker in a Springfield neighborhood. The police said the man was doing tree work in the 8000 block of Athena Street on Thursday, March 14, when co-workers discovered him unconscious in his harness. Paramedics pronounced him dead at the scene.
The neighborhood is south of Pohick Road near the Fairfax County Parkway.
