Arson Investigation After Break-In Sunday in Lake Ridge
Witnesses saw two people enter vacant home Sunday before spotting flames, according to Prince William County Police.

The Fire Marshals’ Office is investigating a suspicious fire Sunday afternoon in Lake Ridge.
Prince William County Police responded at 12:47 p.m. Sunday in the 2800 block of Madeira Court to assist the Department of Fire and Rescue with a house fire. The home was not occupied, according to police.
A witness reported to police that two suspects, a man and woman, entered the home through the front door. A short time later, flames were seen coming from the residence.

This incident is not believed to be random, according to police.
The fire was put out within 10 minutes, according to the Occoquan-Woodbridge-Lorton Volunteer Fire Department.
