Seize the opportunity for a fun, easy, socially distanced family activity-- pile up in the car and drive by all the fabulous lights in your neighborhood! Vote for your favorites by 12:00pm Monday with a "like" for their photo on Facebook or Instagram. Prizes will be awarded to houses with the most votes!

Assessment Payment - Your December assessment payment was due December 1st. There is a $25 late fee charged for payments received after December 15th. Please add $25 to your payment. Your December assessment payment must be received by the Association by 5:00pm on December 30th to avoid the second $25 late fee. Please include your account number, property address and a current phone number on all payments. Electronic payments are preferred. Need to know how much your quarterly assessment is? Office Observing Holiday - Lake Ridge Administration and Facilities staff will observe the Christmas holiday on Thursday, December 24th and Friday, December 25th. Normal business hours will resume Monday, December 28th at 8:00am.
Trash Company Observing Holidays - Charlie & Son trash service will be adding a Saturday pickup on 12/26/2020 for any households who will miss out on the Friday pickup on Christmas day (12/25/2020) due to the closing of their operation on this date. This pickup will only be done for homes that receive Friday pickups within Lake Ridge. Charlie & Son will observe the New Year Day holiday and will not have trash/recycling pick-up Friday, January 1, 2021. Please plan accordingly for this holiday interruption in service. Please follow all normal trash pickup rules and regulations, as no bulk items will be picked up per usual without prior scheduling.
