The June 1 assessment payment is now past due. An initial $25 late fee was charged for payments received after June 15th, so if you have not yet paid, please add $25. Be sure to include your account number, property address and a current phone number on your payment. Electronic payments are preferred. To avoid a second $25 late fee, your payment must be received by the Association by 5:00pm on Wednesday, June 30th.

Pool access will be disabled within CellBadge for households that have a balance on the account. If you have already paid, please disregard this notice and thank you for your payment.
With school only 2 months away in August, it's time to enroll your child in preschool! We offer a class 2 days a week for your 3 y.o. (Explorers), or a class 3 days or 5 days a week for your 4 y.o.
