Police Ask for Help Identifying Armed Robbery Suspect
The suspect robbed the PNC Bank within the Giant Grocery Store on Hedges Run Drive in Woodbridge on August 31.

Prince William County Police are asking for the public’s help to identify a suspect who robbed the PNC Bank within the Giant grocery store located at 12445 Hedges Run Drive in Woodbridge. According to a police announcement, officers responded to a call to investigate a robbery on August 31 at 4:52 p.m. An employee reported to police that an unknown man approached the bank area, displayed a handgun and demanded money. The suspect took an undisclosed amount of money before fleeing the area in a gray or silver vehicle, unknown make or model. No injuries were reported. A police K-9 and a Fairfax County police helicopter were used to search for the suspect.
The suspect is described as a black male, 5’8’’, with a thick build. He was last seen wearing a long sleeve white t-shirt, yellow construction style helmet with letters “ICN” written on it, white bandage wrapped around right hand, and a blue visor around neck.
