Weather Delay for Prince William County Schools Thursday
Dangerous temperatures expected when students would normally be walking to school.
Prince William County Schools are hoping a late start time will help students walking to school in the bitter cold.
Schools will be starting two hours late on Thursday, Jan. 8, 2015. SACC will open two hours late.
“These precautions will ensure the safety of all students, especially the thousands who walk to school,” according to a PWCPS release.

The National Weather Service has issued a Wind Chill Advisory for the area until 8 a.m. Thursday.
