Crossroads Music Festival Planned Sept. 21 In Leesburg

All proceeds from the event benefit nonprofit organizations serving children in need in Loudoun County.

LEESBURG, VA — Nineteen musicians and bands will perform this weekend at BENEFIT’s third annual Crossroads Music Festival. The newly-named festival will be held at seven different venues in downtown Leesburg this Saturday, Sept. 21.

Several different styles of music will be performed in 60-minute sets in each venue, according to a release. Music styles include rock, pop, alternative, Americana, acoustic, electronic, blues and funk. Participating venues include 14 Loudoun, Bike TrAle Brewing, Delirium Café, King’s Tavern and Wine Bar, Leesburg Junction, MacDowell Brew Kitchen and SideBar.

Tickets are available online in advance for $15, and tickets bought on-site will be $25. While tickets are not required for entry at any participating venue, proceeds from each ticket sale benefits nonprofit organizations that serve children in need in Loudoun County.

With ticket purchase, attendees receive a wristband at check-in. Wristbands provide:

  • A free Crossroads Music Festival T-shirt
  • Event-day specials at participating music venues
  • Other event-day amenities

BENEFIT, established in 2017, is a Leesburg-based coalition of musicians and community leaders with a mission to use “the unifying power of music” to raise funds and awareness for nonprofit organizations that serve children in need, according to the group’s website.
