Dulles Greenway Ramp To Route 7 Closed For Several Hours: Police
The ramp from the Dulles Greenway onto Route 7 westbound in Loudoun County was shut down for an overturned tractor trailer, police said.
LEESBURG, VA — The ramp off of the Dulles Greenway onto Route 7 westbound in Loudoun County was completely shut down on Wednesday, May 19, according to a report from the Leesburg Police Department. Authorities said the delays were caused by an overturned tractor trailer.
In a Facebook post, the Leesburg Police Department said that the ramp "will be closed for extended period of time."
Authorities also did not provide on update on the health of the tractor trailer driver. In photos posted to the police department's Facebook page, the vehicle appears to have flipped onto its side off of the right side of the roadway.
