The victims declined to pursue the case further.

Two female patrons at a fast-food establishment in Sterling got more than they expected when a man exposed himself at the restaurant, according to a report from the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office. The diners were eating at a restaurant on the 45900 block of Denizen Place just before 7 p.m. when the incident occurred.

The man was described as a 5-foot-9, 150-pound Hispanic male, 25 to 30 years old, with shoulder-length black hair and brown eyes. He wore a blue, hooded sweatshirt, gray sweatpants and red high-top shoes.

The suspect fled the scene and the victims declined to pursue the case further.
