Herndon's Weird Brothers To Open New Coffee Bar In Leesburg

Weird Brothers Coffee​, a Herndon-based coffee bar, is expanding into the Village at Leesburg Center, the company announced Friday.

LEESBURG, VA — Weird Brothers Coffee, a Herndon-based coffee bar, is expanding into Leesburg, the company announced Friday. No date has been set for the opening of the new location.

The new coffee shop reportedly will be taking over the space vacated by the Bean Bar coffee shop, which closed in October. Weird Brothers Coffee is close to finalizing a lease for the space, The Burn reported Friday.

"Something big is happening soon. We are excited to announce that our expansion continues and we are working on opening up our newest coffee bar experience in the Village at Leesburg Center," Weird Brothers Coffee posted on Facebook. "Stay tuned for more details coming soon."

The Village at Leesburg Center is at 1610 Village Market Blvd. SE. The popular shopping area includes 60 businesses, including Wegman, CMX Cinemas and Bowlero.

Weird Brothers Coffee opened in Herndon in 2016. The company operates a roasting factory and coffee bar at 321 Sunset Park Drive and a coffeehouse at 12825 Worldgate Drive in Herndon.

Both Herndon locations are open for take out, curbside pickup and local delivery. Weird Brothers also bags and ships its roasted beans to stores and homes.
