Leesburg Flower And Garden Festival 2019: Information

When is a street party disguised as what ostensibly is supposed to be a place to check out possibilities for your home gardening needs?

LEESBURG, VA—When is a street party disguised as what ostensibly is supposed to be a place to check out possibilities for your home gardening needs? You'll find out if you head to downtown Leesburg April 27 and 28. It's the 29th annual Flower & Garden Festival, 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Sunday, rain or shine.

More than 150 vendors will be on hand with seasonal blooms, herbs, gardening supplies, outdoor furniture and more. There's also live music, which kicks off 10 a.m. Saturday with local performer Gary Smallwood. The beer garden on the Town Green will feature eight of the region's best brews, while a children's area on Cornwall Street will provide live entertainment and crafts for the kids.

Portions of King, Market, and Cornwall streets will be closed for the event, but parking will be available in the Town parking garage using the Loudoun Street entrance. Additional parking will be available throughout the downtown, and a free shuttle service, from Ida Lee Park, will run continuously throughout the day. Visitors are asked to leave pets at home during the festival.
