LOUDOUN COUNTY, VA — Thousands of dazzling lights blink in synchronization with chart topping hit songs that include "Handclap" by Fitz and the Tantrums and "Heathen" by Twenty One Pilots at "Edwards Landing Lights," a Leesburg home that the owner has illuminated every year prior to Halloween since 2011. The playlist also includes classics that include "Monster Mash" by Bobby Pickett, "Ghostbusters" by Ray Parker, Jr. and "Thriller" by Michael Jackson.
Located in the Edwards Landing neighborhood of Leesburg, “Edwards Landing Lights” is decorated this year with more than 16,000 lights and computer animation, according to homeowner Brandon Bullis.
Since the music is not broadcast outside, viewers can “hear the lights” at the house by tuning their radios to 98.1 FM.

Homeowner Bullis has a background in electrical engineering. He said he started it in 2011 because his daughter likes light displays. It's personal hobby and not a business, according to the Edwards Landing Lights YouTube account. “Edwards Landing Lights” is the name Bullis gave to the display.
