Leesburg Man Arrested For Indecent Liberties With A Minor

Leesburg, VA (May 5, 2021) – The Leesburg Police Department has charged a Leesburg man who had sexual contact with a juvenile female victim who was known to him.

After receiving a report of inappropriate conduct, an investigation into Dixon Estremera-Donayre, 25, of Leesburg began. Estremera-Donayre allegedly met his victim on a social media platform where he pretended to be a juvenile. Leesburg Police detectives arrested Estremera-Donayre on Tuesday, May 4, 2021 charging him with carnal knowledge of a child, indecent liberties with children, and use of communications systems to facilitate certain offenses involving children. Estremera-Donayre is being held at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center without bond.

Detectives with the Leesburg Police Department believe that there are additional victims and are working to determine their identities.
