Leesburg Restaurant Inspections: 8 Violations At 2 Places

The Loudoun County Health Department found violations at the Life Juice Bar in LA Fitness, and repeat violations at MacDowell Brew Kitchen.

LEESBURG, VA — Officials from the Loudoun County Health Department inspected multiple restaurants across the Leesburg area from May 24 to June 1, including two locations that amassed eight violations.

As coronavirus restrictions continue to loosen around the state, health inspectors are returning to conduct restaurant inspections in person. However, some visits, such as those for training purposes, can be conducted virtually.

Violations at restaurants typically focus on factors that can contribute to food contamination. The local health department also performs a re-inspection to ensure that possible violations have been corrected.
